20th Birthday Ball

The 20th birthday ball has been and gone, the hangovers have receded and the dinner jackets have been stowed away for another occasion.

At the final count 89 made it to the Warwickshire Golf Club in Leek Wootten on Saturday 30 June to celebrate the passing of 20 years since our little club was founded .

Despite the rain trying it's best to put a dampener on events and preventing us form spilling out over the patio , everyone had a good time.

Rachel did as promised join her band of 15 members for two or three tunes, to the great appreciation of the viewing masses.

After the band finished their second set of the night, people started to drift off home leaving only a hand full of hardcore members to add to the takings at the bar and further embarrass themselves on the dance floor. A few minor ‘no shows’ from various taxi's didn't prove enough to take the shine off the evening, as the last stragglers made their way into the night.
