Elisabeth claims Gold in Solvenia

Elisabeth Green produced a string of excellent performances at the European Championships in Kranj the main city of Slovenia’s Gorenjska region.

The highlight of the meet was her Gold Medal performance in the 400 freestyle clocking a time of 6:36.24 on the third day of competition.

Elisabeth's meet had started well on the opening day when she claimed a silver in the 800 freestyle in a time of 13:27.27. Day two followed in a similar pattern with another silver in the 200 freestyle in a time of 3:07.90.
