Kenny, Shona and the girls are settling in nicely

As many of you may be aware Kenny (one of the longest standing members of the club) and Shona left Blighty earlier this year to start a new life in southern France. It seems that the two of them along with their two girls are settling in well in their new surroundings.

Their project for the foreseeable future is to renovate their newly acquired farm house and out buildings into holiday accommodation and their home respectively. Work on the project is obviously all consuming, which may go some way to explain why Kenny hasn't so far sparked an international incident resulting in him being asked to return to the land of his fathers, as many of us predicted (only joking).

Skiing in the Pyrenees

Kenny would also like me to mention that they have a rental property available to let from Christmas this year to anyone from the club who fancies a break in the Pyrenees for a spot of winter sports or just to get away from it all at home.
