Message from Mexico

Ricardo Parado has asked us to forward this message to all the coaches and members of the club.

"You might want to know this.....When I left Mexico, I used to be one of the middle speed swimmers in my club, now after my return from UK, "mysteriously" I am the third fastest (out of 40); the truth is that there is no such a "mysterious", thanks for the good and encouraging sessions."

Ricardo has recently returned to his native country of Mexico after his second spell at the club.
